Return and Exchange Policy

1. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

Items that do not meet these standards will not be accepted.

2. Strict No-Use Policy

For hygiene and brand protection, Orphic Grace does not accept returns for items that have been:

Worn or used outside the homeUsed for

music videos

, photoshoots, TikTok/Instagram content, livestreams, or modelingUsed for events, parties, or any public appearancePurchased with the intent of temporary use (“wardrobing”)

Any public or promotional use automatically renders the item FINAL SALE.

3. Commercial Use Prohibition

Items worn or used in any commercial, artistic, or promotional production are strictly final sale. This includes:

Music videosFilm or TV projectsStudio shootsAdvertising or marketing contentPaid collaborations or modeling

If an item appears to have been used for production, the return will be rejected.

4. Anti-Wardrobing Enforcement

To protect product integrity, Orphic Grace reserves the right to:

Reject returns that appear worn, handled, or usedMark accounts as high-riskRestrict or cancel future ordersDeny return requests that conflict with inspection results

Wardrobing and manipulation of return policies will not be tolerated.

5. Quality Inspection Process

All returned products undergo a strict inspection before approval. We check for:

Wear, stretching, or fabric distortionOdors or fragranceMakeup, deodorant, or body residueMissing or removed tagsLint, hair, or signs of stylingCamera-use or on-body creasing patterns

If an item fails inspection:

6. Restocking & Usage Fees

If a return is accepted but shows minor handling, Orphic Grace may apply:

8. Exchanges

Exchanges are available only if:

The item meets all conditions of new, unused eligibilityThe requested size or style is in stock

Used or worn items cannot be exchanged.

9. Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued only to the original payment method used for purchase.

Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
